By using PushPass (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

2. Description of the App

PushPass is designed to encourage physical activity by requiring users to perform exercises (such as pushups) to unlock app usage time.

The App includes features such as:

• Push-up counter
• App blocking using Apple's Screen Time APIs
• Streaks and statistics
• Time-based app unlocking

3. Eligibility

The app is not intended for users under 13 years old.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app settings.
